How do I get support during my trial?
We offer free support during your trial period. You can either use the integrated chat (right bottom) or our online support portal at https://support.signl4.com. Additionally, you find onboarding videos on Youtube and Vimeo. Feel free to contact us any time with questions.
What happens after my trial?
After your trial your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan. You can still use SIGNL4 but with limited features. You can upgrade to a commercial plan any time.
How can I upgrade to a commercial plan?
You can purchase a commercial subscription any time during the free trial or after. Simply log into your account and click the “Upgrade” button at the top. Follow the instructions to choose your plan and enjoy SIGNL4.
How can I cancel my trial account?
If you wish to discontinue your trial account and delete all data, log into your account, go to the Help section of the account portal and select ‘Terminate’. Follow the instructions to delete your account and data.
Can I test any other plan than the ‘Maximize’ plan?
